From school groups and adventure scouts to private groups and individuals, you will be responsible for organising and guiding ½ day and full day trips along a stunning section of coastline.

There will be opportunities for further training and experience if you like in other activities such as rock climbing.

The post is only available for the summer months, with the potential for freelance work during the whole year. There may also be opportunities for summer staff to progress up to permanent staff within the company.

You will be part of a friendly and dynamic team of adventurous outdoor enthusiasts, working in a small community with fantastic climbing and kayaking venues on your doorstep.

Requirements
Applicants should hold BCU (UKCC) Level 2 Coach and 3* Sea kayaking. Significant experience of leading coastal sea kayaking trips is a bonus.
