Terms of Use

These terms cover the Enjoy-Crete app and the social media accounts you connect to it. By connecting an account, you accept these terms. What we do with the data we access is described in our Privacy Policy.

What the app does

The app connects Facebook and Instagram accounts to our system so that we can publish and schedule content, manage the connected pages and accounts, and read engagement statistics.

Your responsibilities

• Connect only accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
• Make sure the content you ask us to publish is lawful and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
• Follow the terms of the platforms you connect, such as Facebook and Instagram.

Our responsibilities and limits

• We use the access you grant only for the purposes listed in the Privacy Policy.
• The app is provided as it is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and changes made by the platforms may affect how it works.
• We are not responsible for the availability, decisions or policies of Facebook, Instagram or other third-party platforms.

Ending access

You can disconnect your account at any time from the settings of the platform concerned, which ends our access immediately. To have the data we hold deleted, see Data Deletion. We may also end access from our side if these terms are not respected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
